Subscription, Billing & Refunds
Effective September 1, 2026 · Version 3.0
This page summarizes billing basics. Current prices always live on the Pricing page and in the application.
Billing interval & renewals
Paid plans are billed on the interval you select (for example monthly or annually) and renew automatically at the end of each interval unless cancelled beforehand.
Trials & free tier
Where a free trial or free tier is available, its duration, eligibility, included functionality, conversion to a paid plan and usage limits are defined by the commercial system and shown at the point of signup.
Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription according to the service rules. Cancellation stops future renewals; access typically continues until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable plan terms and local law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us and we will review your request.
Payment failure
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or restrict access until the balance is resolved, in line with the service rules.
Usage limits & overage
The current launch architecture uses soft limits rather than automatic paid overage. If this changes, the applicable terms and billing disclosures will be updated.
WhatsApp/Meta charges
WhatsApp/Meta fees are separate from your WazBot subscription and are paid according to applicable Meta/WhatsApp pricing and policies.
Payment provider
Payments are processed by our payment provider (currently Flutterwave/Rave). We will update this reference if the payment architecture changes.
