Terms of Service
Effective September 1, 2026 · Version 3.0
These Terms describe the rules for using WazBot, subscription and billing basics, acceptable use, and the responsibilities of both parties.
Agreement
By accessing the WazBot website or using the WazBot platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are using WazBot on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.
The service
WazBot is a platform for WhatsApp automation, AI-powered funnels and a connected customer journey (the Full System). Available capabilities depend on the plan and configuration you choose.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring interval and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can upgrade or downgrade subject to the applicable service rules. Where a free trial or free tier is offered, its duration, eligibility, included functionality and usage limits are defined by the commercial system.
The current launch architecture uses soft usage limits rather than automatic paid overage. If automatic overage is introduced later, the applicable terms and billing disclosures will be updated.
This page does not list prices, which can change. Current pricing is always shown on our Pricing page and within the application, which remain authoritative.
Plan changes
- Upgrades may change your entitlements.
- Downgrades may reduce available limits.
- Existing data is not necessarily deleted immediately when a plan changes; specific behavior is governed by the service rules.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider (currently Flutterwave/Rave). We identify the provider appropriately and will update this if the payment architecture changes.
WhatsApp costs
Your WazBot subscription is separate from WhatsApp/Meta messaging costs. Applicable WhatsApp/Meta charges are separate from the WazBot subscription unless explicitly stated otherwise.
WhatsApp/Meta fees are separate from your WazBot subscription and are paid according to applicable Meta/WhatsApp pricing and policies.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your WhatsApp Business account, your business information, any message templates, obtaining required customer permissions, and compliance with applicable WhatsApp/Meta policies and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You must use WazBot lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity may lead to restriction, suspension or termination of an account.
Account suspension
We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account for reasons including non-payment, abuse, security threats, violation of these Terms or prohibited activity.
Service availability
We work to keep WazBot available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Integrations with third-party services depend on those services’ own availability.
AI disclaimer
AI features assist your team but can produce inaccurate or incomplete output. You remain responsible for reviewing important decisions. WazBot does not guarantee specific business results.
Affiliate program
Where WazBot operates an affiliate or referral program, participation is subject to the applicable program terms, including eligibility and commission structure.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where a change is significant, we will take appropriate steps to communicate it. The effective date above indicates the current version.
