Security & Trust
Effective September 1, 2026 · Version 3.0
This page describes our approach to security. We describe our practices honestly and do not claim certifications we do not hold.
Our approach
We take a practical, layered approach to protecting the platform and the data processed through it, including:
- Encryption of data in transit
- Authentication and access control
- Separation of customer data
- Infrastructure managed on reputable cloud infrastructure
- Backups and monitoring appropriate to the service
- Incident-handling procedures
We describe only controls that are actually implemented. WazBot does not currently claim formal security certifications; any future certifications will be published only once verified.
Customer security responsibilities
Security is a shared responsibility. Customers should protect their account credentials, manage team access carefully and configure their AI agents and workflows appropriately.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please contact us through our Contact page so we can route it to the appropriate team. Please do not publish sensitive details before we have had a chance to respond.
Incident notification
Where notification is required by applicable law or contractual commitments, we will notify affected customers or users in an appropriate manner.
